Important
Please enter your STUDENT’S REGISTERED first and last name upon booking appointment. If you are a parent booking for your student,
DO NOT USE YOUR OWN NAME OR STUDENT'S NICKNAME.
This will result in an incorrect spelling of the student's name in the yearbook. Any desired name changes requires authorization from the school. The school must send us approval prior to any changes. Please see the yearbook advisor.

Required Formal Cap & Gown Headshot
Boys:
Please bring a plain white t-shirt to wear.
Cap & Gown: Black Cap and Gown with straight tie and a white collared button up shirt.
Girls:
Please bring a strapless or tube top to wear underneath.
Cap & Gown: Black Cap & Gown.
REQUIRED PERSONALITY
Required Personality Pose
Please bring 1-2 outfits and (optional) props that reflect your personality for your pose (e.g., dress, suit, collared shirt, sports uniform, etc.). Be sure to follow the dress code guidelines listed below.
Dress Code Guidelines
The following items are strictly PROHIBITED for the Cap & Gown and Personality Yearbook Poses:
No other individuals are permitted
Bandanas
Doo-rags
Hats
Visors
Beanies
Sunglasses (unless accompanied by documented medical approval or a doctor’s recommendation.)
The following items are strictly PROHIBITED for the Personality Yearbook Pose:
Clothing that promotes drugs, gang, violence/hate, criminal activity, sexploitation, discrimination, or profanity
Cleavage is not allowed
Exposure of undergarments
Tank tops
Spaghetti straps
Halter tops
Tube or strapless tops
Off the shoulder cut-out designs
Low-cut shirts
Bare-back
Sheer or mesh
Any strapless clothing
