This will result in the student's name being listed incorrectly in the yearbook and student’s ID. All name change requests must be approved by the school. Your Yearbook Session includes a Formal Headshot.

REQUIRED FORMAL

Formal attire will be provided by the studio.

Required Formal Headshot:

Boys:

Please bring a plain white t-shirt to wear.

Suit & Tie: Gray coat and collared button up shirt.

Girls:

Please bring a strapless or tube top to wear underneath.

Maroon Drape: Off the shoulder maroon drape/wrap.

Restrictions For The Formal Pose

Hair:

Students are expected to maintain natural hair colors, including brown, blonde, or black. Unconventional hair tints are prohibited. Additionally, hair accessories such as flowers, leis, or clips are not permitted.

Facial Hair:

Facial hair, including mustaches, beards, goatees, and long sideburns, is prohibited. Students must be clean-shaven, and long hair must be secured so it does not extend beyond the neck or ears in the photo.

Jewelry:

Students are not permitted to wear any jewelry, including earrings and studs. Necklaces are also prohibited, except for the class necklace for girls, which will be provided by the studio.

Noncompliance with the above restrictions will incur a mandatory $50 retouching fee. This fee is mandatory and will be charged directly to the student.

Students not meeting the guidelines may reschedule and return for a retake after correcting their hair or facial hair.

OPTIONAL PERSONALITY

Optional Personality Pose (included at no additional charge!)

Please bring 1-2 outfits and (optional) props that reflect your personality for your pose.

Ex: Dress, suit, collard shirt, sports uniform, etc.

This pose is NOT required for the yearbook, but we highly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to purchase additional photos and packages, perfect for graduation announcements, gifts, and keepsakes.
