Important

Please enter your STUDENT’S REGISTERED first and last name upon booking appointment. If you are a parent booking for your student,

DO NOT USE YOUR OWN NAME OR STUDENT'S NICKNAME.

This will result in an incorrect spelling of the student's name in the yearbook. Any desired name changes requires authorization from the school. The school must send us approval prior to any changes. Please see the yearbook advisor.

Dress Code Guidelines

  • No facial piercings.

  • No flowers, headbands, hats or sunglasses (unless accompanied by documented medical approval or a doctor’s recommendation.)

  • Earrings cannot be larger than a nickel.

  • Girls: Necklaces are permitted only if the pendant is no larger than a nickel and worn on a single chain.

  • Boys: Jewelry may NOT be worn outside the coat.

  • Anything promoting drugs, sexual content, violence, or gang affiliation are not permitted.

  • No visible undergarments are permitted.

  • Only the student being photographed is permitted; no additional people are allowed.

Formal Option 1

Suit and Tie

Bring a plain white t-shirt

Jacket, button down and tie is provided by studio

Formal Option 2

Black Drape

Bring a black strapless/tube top

Drape will be provided by studio

Optional Personality

Please bring 1-2 outfits and (optional) props that reflect your personality for your pose.

Ex: Dress, suit, collard shirt, sports uniform, etc.

This pose is NOT required for the yearbook, but we highly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to purchase additional photos and packages, perfect for graduation announcements, gifts, and keepsakes.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You are required to take one (1) Formal headshot either in a suit and tie or black drape.

    Personality photos are also included in your session at no additional charge. Packages are available for purchase after your session

  • For Formal Photos please bring a white t-shirt if you are gonna be wearing the suit and tie or a black tub top for the drape.

    For studio personality photos you can bring up to 2 outfits and props

  • Our sessions are based on time not image count. Depending on variety of poses some sessions may have more or less images. Typically you can expect about 10-25 images

  • The deadline is Sept 20th 2026. If you do not book before this date you will not be in the yearbook
