Enter STUDENTS LEGAL REGISTERED first and last name upon booking appointment. If you are a parent booking for your student, DO NOT USE YOUR OWN NAME OR STUDENT'S NICKNAME. This will result in an incorrect spelling of the student's name in the yearbook. Any desired name changes requires authorization from the school. The school must send us approval prior to any changes. Please see the yearbook advisor.

Please bring 1-2 outfits for your personality pose. ex: Dress, suit, collard shirt, sports uniform, etc. Please refer to dress code guidelines below.

Feel free to bring props too!

Dress Code Guidelines

No Clothing that promotes drug/gangs/violence/hate

No exposure of underwear

No tube tops

No revealing more than 1/3 of back

No sunglasses covering eyes

When arms raised: No midriff, cleavage, breasts, navel, buttocks

No Animals or other people in the photo

No inappropriate messages or gestures will be allowed
