Q: How much are your packages?
A: Our regular packages start at $59 and our Senior Portrait packages start at $199. Call us to find out more about our price list.
Q: Do I need to make a deposit when I book a session?
A: Yes, we require our clients to make a $25 deposit when they book their session. This deposit is non-refundable, but it goes towards your purchase.
Q: How do I make a deposit?
A: We accept credit cards over the phone. Currently, we are working on a better way for you to book your appointment and pay for your deposit online. But, please be patient with us as we work on making the process easier for you (and us too).
Q: What happens to my deposit if I need to reschedule?
A: The $25 deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled session date, but you must notify us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit.
Q: How much is the sitting fee and what does the fee cover?
A: The sitting fee is $9.95 per person. The cost covers the photographers time during your session. Don't worry, we don't literally mean sitting fee.
Q: How much is hair and makeup?
A: Hair and Makeup waives the $9.95 sitting fee. So the cost is $49.95 per person. We highly recommend (encourage) you to book your hair and makeup session at least a week in advance.
Q: Can my pet have a photoshoot?
A: YES! We know how much you love your fur baby, so let us take photos of your animal for you. Just like regular humans, we do charge a $9.95 sitting fee for your pet. Or should we say, a pet sitting fee.
Q: How long is the photo session?
A: We are dedicated to making your photo session as smooth as possible. Photo sessions are usually between 30 to 45 minutes. Our photographers are trained to work efficiently while not compromising the quality of our work.
Q: Where are you located?
A: For your convenience, we have two locations. Our Pearlridge Mall studio is located on the downtown side next to Burger King, and the Windward Mall studio is right next to Glow Putt Mini Golf.
Q: Uhm, can I get a discount on your packages?
A: Every so often, we do have specials. But, if you want to keep updated with any freebies or special offers that we send out to our clients, please subscribe to our newsletter below.
Q: I can't wait 7-10 business days for my photos, can I get it rushed?
A: After you pick your photos, we send it to our trusty Production Manager for retouching and printing. We take good care of your photos so it does take time for us to make sure it's up to our high-standards. Yes, if you do need it sooner we charge 50% of your total fee, and you'll get the photos in three days.
